Description
We are a growing Southern California foundation repair, seismic retrofit, and drainage company hiring an experienced Foundation Repair and Drainage Laborer for hands-on field work. This is skilled work for someone with real foundation repair experience, including push piers, helical piers, drainage systems, and crawlspace encapsulation.
Pay starts at $30/hour depending on experience, with opportunities for increased earnings through performance and upselling additional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform foundation repair work including push piers and helical piers
  • Install and maintain drainage systems
  • Complete crawlspace encapsulation and related foundation work
  • Work as part of a field crew on active job sites across Southern California
  • Follow safety and quality standards on every job
  • Load, transport, and stage tools and materials as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Extensive hands-on experience in foundation repair
  • Familiarity with push piers, helical piers, drainage systems, and crawlspace encapsulation
  • Able to step into the role with minimal training
  • Valid driver's license required; a company vehicle may be provided for high performers
  • Able to meet the physical demands of field construction work
  • Must provide proof of experience and pass a background check and drug screen
