Shift: 5 AM–1:30 PM or 6 AM–2:30 PM
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 10:30 PM
Shift Timings: 9 PM to 5:30 PM (Sunday Evening)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and test medical devices (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs)
- Follow written/verbal procedures under close supervision
- Perform routine production & documentation tasks
- Maintain quality, traceability, and accurate traveler records
- Participate in Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Follow safety & regulatory (QMS/EMS) standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer/data entry & prioritization skills
- Able to handle small parts & make decisions independently
- Understand cleanroom/gowning procedures
Dress Code (Strict Cleanroom Standards):
- No shedding, loose threads, glitter, sequins, fleece, or frayed clothes
- Clothes must fit under lab coat/gown; no visible turtlenecks or sleeves
- No open-toe/heel shoes; heels max 2 inches; socks required
- No nail polish, artificial nails, makeup, or scented products
- Only stick-form lip balm allowed (apply outside production areas)
- Jewelry and piercings must not pierce gloves or remain uncovered
- Head coverings must be clean, tight-woven, and fully covered by bouffant
