Job Description

Theย HEDISย Recordย Reviewerย performs accurate and efficient medicalย recordย review and abstraction forย HEDISย reporting to supportย clientย critical quality initiatives. Medicalย recordย review and abstraction is performed in theย clientย office and at various provider offices in the community, involves paper and electronic medical records, requires capturing and securing documentation, and involves using an electronic reporting system.ย 

Qualifications

State of Wisconsin licensedย RNย 

Previous experience withย HEDISย Medicalย Recordย Review & Abstraction experienceย highly preferred

Previous experience with medical records/familiarity with medical records (both paper and electronic)ย 

Proficiency with PC-based systems and the ability to learn new information systems and software programs quickly.

Ability to interact effectively with healthcare providers.

A personal vehicle, valid State of Wisconsin motor vehicle operator's license and conformity with insurance coverage limits is also required.
