Position Overview

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Snowflake to join our Miami office. In this role, you will support and enhance our data platform while ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of critical systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with technology and business teams to develop and maintain scalable data solutions that support the firmโ€™s operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions and system architecture.
  • Optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor data integration processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions.
  • Implement and maintain security, access controls, and data governance best practices.
  • Monitor system health and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Stay current with new Snowflake capabilities and recommend enhancements where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • 2โ€“5 years of experience in systems engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or a
    related technical field.
  • Deep expertise with Snowflake.
