Position Summary

DRiV is seeking a highly motivated Manager, Foreign Exchange Risk Management to establish and lead the Company's enterprise-wide Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management program. Reporting to the Executive Director, Risk Management, this newly created role will be responsible for designing and implementing DRiV's global FX risk management framework, developing hedging strategies, executing derivative transactions, and providing financial analysis to support business decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing Treasury's financial risk management capabilities while supporting broader treasury initiatives including liquidity management, debt financing, banking relationships, and treasury transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Foreign Exchange Risk Management

  • Develop and implement DRiV's global Foreign Exchange Risk Management program.
  • Establish policies, procedures, and governance for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and managing foreign currency exposures.
  • Partner with business units to identify transactional, translational, and economic foreign exchange exposures. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide FX exposure reporting and analytics.
  • Recommend appropriate hedging strategies based on the Company's risk appetite and Treasury policies.
  • Execute foreign exchange hedge transactions, including forwards, swaps, and options, in accordance with approved Treasury policies.
  • Maintain derivative documentation and support hedge accounting requirements in partnership with Accounting.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly FX exposure reports for Treasury leadership and executive management.
  • Support earnings guidance and financial disclosures related to foreign exchange.

Treasury Strategy & Capital Markets Support

  • Partner with the Executive Director, Risk Management on enterprise financial risk management initiatives.
  • Assist with debt financing, refinancing, and capital markets transactions involving foreign currency exposure.
  • Evaluate opportunities to optimize natural hedging strategies and balance sheet management.
  • Support bank relationship management related to foreign exchange products and services.

Treasury Governance & Policy Development

  • Develop Treasury policies governing financial risk management.
  • Establish governance processes for hedge approvals, documentation, and compliance.
  • Partner with Treasury operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, delegated authority, SOX requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Support internal and external audits related to Treasury and derivatives activities.

Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to Treasury Analyst supporting financial risk management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and professional development.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA, Master's in Finance, CFA, CTP, FRM (Financial Risk Manager), or equivalent professional certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or FP&A.
  • Experience managing foreign exchange exposures and executing derivative transactions.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, foreign exchange products, and hedging strategies.
  • Knowledge of hedge accounting (ASC 815 or IFRS equivalent) and collaboration with Accounting teams.
  • Experience developing financial models, scenario analyses, and executive reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Bloomberg, Reuters, Kyriba, FXall, or similar Treasury platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical audiences.

Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $110,000 - $145,000. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
