Job description

As our Trust and Custody Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with internal partners and serve as a point of contact with external auditors for SSAE18 and SOC1 processes in assigned areas. You will also serve as a point of contact for internal and external regulatory compliance examinations and audits.

How you'll spend your time:

  • You will administer and maintain the Trust and Custody First Line of Defense ("FLOD") Program, including, without limitation, documenting internal controls, performing and completing testing of internal controls in a timely fashion, and providing reporting to senior management at a regular frequency that clearly summarizes the results of testing performed through the Program.
  • You will partner with business leaders in assigned areas to remediate issues identified through Trust and Custody FLOD Program.
  • You will support the completion of due diligence requests received from clients in assigned areas and on-site client visits.
  • You will assist your business lines in the resolution and remediation of compliance matters and audit findings.

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or four additional years of relevant work experience.
  • You have at least three (3) years of custody operations, registered funds, private funds, or related financial services experience

or

  • You have at least two (2) years of compliance or audit experience with a financial institution or consulting firm

Compensation Ranges:

US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York:

$69,920 - $109,460

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:

$63,830 - $100,210

US Employees in all other states not listed above:

$57,760 - $90,960
