The anticipated start date for this role is January 2027

As an Associate, you'll manage engagements from start to finish, coordinate with experts, and ensure projects deliver clear, actionable insights. This role is designed for professionals eager to learn quickly, take initiative, and develop skills that matter in real business contexts.

No two days are the same. One day, you may be helping a hedge fund gain insights from a European airline's veteran. Another, you could coordinate a consultation with a former Fortune 10 C-suite executive to inform a client's eCommerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

You will be the main point of contact between clients and experts, taking ownership of projects and ensuring reliable, high-quality results across multiple projects daily.

You will:

  • Identify and engage experts with relevant experience to meet client needs. Reach out to experts to confirm availability and alignment with client objectives.
  • Coordinate consultations to ensure smooth communication and delivery of client objectives into research plans and timelines.ย 
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, delivering reliable outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Make informed decisions about expert selection, project scheduling, and outreach strategy
  • Collaborate with teams worldwide to ensure projects meet client expectations.

About You

  • Strong academic background with an attained Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (Minimum GPA of 3.5)
  • 6-18 months of professional experience; internships or roles demonstrating client engagement or problem-solving a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative or leadership in academic, athletic, professional, or extracurricular activities during school/university.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and articulate presence.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Take initiative, solve problems independently, and follow through reliably.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Motivated by goals and driven by measurable outcomes.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
  • Authorized to work in the U.S., including F-1 visa holders with STEM OPT
