  • draftingdetailed minutes of board meetings fromhand writtennotes and/or meeting recordings. Minutes must be drafted to a meticulous standard and the candidate will be expected to ensure all matters arising from such meetings are appropriately captured.
  • successfulcandidates may also be asked to perform other administrative tasks. Progressing candidates may be asked to attend client board meetings, telephonically,in due course.
