Job Description Summary:

As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading and building our relationship with HEB & Brookshire Brothers expanding our partnership to drive our Beverages for Life strategy. We're looking for candidates with a passion for sales and a proven track record of growing revenue in a fast-paced sales environment.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Activate The Coca-Cola Company System (e.g., cross-functional team members, segment resources) to develop and implement business plan/solutions that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume.

  • Establish long term strategic vision for each customer to ensure maximum volume, profit, and value growth. Build short- and long-term plans to realize full potential of partnership for System and Partner and fully understand each customer's business needs, issues faced and opportunities with various customer buyers to develop viable solutions.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers in order to monitor relationship, re-affirm strategies linked to needs and steward the business, operational and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company System in order to maximize value to and grow value.

  • Meet with senior level buyers to build relationships and gain their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.

  • Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives

  • Sell in and execute with distinction business planned initiatives while ensuring initiatives are implemented on time and to monitor performance outcome of each key initiative.

  • Ensure meeting Revenue and OI plan and identify levers to drive these metrics.

  • Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.

  • Collect information using various tools and techniques (e.g., Connecting with Customer's technology, Annual Report, customer discussions, internal contacts, cross function teams) to understand the customer's current and future objectives, strategies, business priorities and various personal wins.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 Years Strategic Sales Experience

  • Interact and lead role with a broad range of customer associates across customers concepts and other HQ key stakeholders to advance the relationship, partnership, and drive value

  • Consulting with customer as a beverage category partner to provide K&I, share best practices, innovative beverage ideas, and influence decision making around F&B and marketing initiatives

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customer to monitor relationship and performance

  • Sell in and execute with distinction business planned initiatives while ensuring initiatives are implemented on time and to monitor performance outcome of each key initiative

  • Work closely with customer and internal teams to identify innovative beverage incidence driving solutions and implement.
