Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Manages and maintains BIM, ensuring data integrity. Ensures design hardware and software function flawlessly with 100% up time for the design team. Manages design technology innovation to ensure H-E-B can use technology to lower the total cost of ownership for its retail buildings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conducts ongoing review of H-E-B Master Revit Family Library for inactive items; coordinates with appropriate team members for replacements to ensure data integrity
- Assists in developing / documenting BIM workflow process standards; creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist designers, consultants, vendors
- Assists in review, implementation, and management of supporting software
- Assists in editing BIM execution plans in conjunction with Design team Partners as needed
- Supports onboarding, training, and evaluation processes for assigned consultant partners

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Possesses specialized knowledge and skills required to perform the role. Applies practical knowledge, learned theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies to difficult but non-complex, conventional assignments. Majority of work efforts are focused on meeting objectives related to implementation or delivery of processes, programs, and/or policies.

Bachelor's degree or additional role-relevant experience. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Production experience in design, drafting or engineering using AutoDesk Revit software
- Extensive knowledge of BIM and Revit software
- General knowledge of building systems related to integration, structural, architectural, and MEPR design
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Developing verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, or comparable technical diploma
