Essential Job Functions:<\/b>

  • Supervise and lead the HVAC team, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Ensure all HVAC\/R systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with resort standards and regulatory guidelines
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Provide hands\-on support for complex diagnostics, repairs, and system installations
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and refrigeration systems across the resort
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Coordinate with other Engineering leadership to support large\-scale and capital improvement projects
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and equipment inventory
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Maintain documentation of inspections, repairs, compliance records, and work orders
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Serve as the point of contact for HVAC\-related emergencies or escalated system issues
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support team development through technical guidance, training, and accountability
