About CAVH HVAC
We are a leading commercial HVAC material supplier. Our goal is to effectively promote HVAC equipment sales in the commercial construction market while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers, contractors, and architects.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications to recommend HVAC products that meet performance and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs, proposals, and submittals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
  • Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
  • Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
  • Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.

Ideal Candidates:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC design, sales, or technical support (manufacturer or rep firm preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system components
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC selection software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
