What You'll Do
As an HVAC Apprentice, you'll learn hands-on from experienced technicians in the field while supporting clients with maintenance, repairs, and comfort solutions.
You'll learn how to:
  • Perform maintenance on heating & cooling systems to prevent breakdowns
  • Diagnose and repair system issues alongside senior technicians
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners and present repair or replacement options
What You Bring
Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely
  • Positive attitude and team spirit

Preferred (but not required):
  • 1+ year of HVAC or mechanical experience
  • Basic sheet metal or IAQ knowledge
  • NATE certification or related training
  • Sales or client communication experience
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 150 lbs occasionally)
  • Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, in attics, basements, or crawl spaces
  • Able to stand, kneel, climb, and bend throughout the day
  • Exposure to seasonal temperatures and moderate noise levels
