About the Job:
Heating & Cooling Two, Inc. is a mid-sized residential & commercial HVAC company located in the northwest suburbs of the Minneapolis Metro area. We are now taking applications for New Construction Installers. In this position, you will be Installing HVAC Equipment in residential new construction and replacement homes.
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of HVAC experience (preferred) We will train the right person.
  • Industry Certifications and City Competency Cards (preferred).
  • Must be friendly, courteous, and maintain a positive attitude towards our customers and coworkers.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record.
