Job description

We are growing and want you to be part of our team! We are hiring a Heat Press Operator for our Glass Line and Window Production Team.
Tucker Door & Trim is a premier wholesale distributor and manufacturer of doors, windows, and specialty millwork for the construction industry.
  • $18/hr
  • Full Time
  • 6am to 4pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Health Benefits, PTO, 401K
Requirements
  • Stand for extended periods throughout the work shift while monitoring glass as it moves through the heat press process.
  • Safely handle glass sheets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing breakage.
  • Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, specifications, and production instructions.
  • Correctly apply thermal gas and other processing requirements according to customer and production specifications.
  • Maintain concentration and attention to detail during repetitive production tasks.
  • Ability to cross-train and perform duties in other production areas, including glass washing, glass cutting, and related operations as needed.
