Job description

Overview
As our Janitor, you will:
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, appliances, windows, etc.
  • Restock supplies.
  • Empty and clean trash containers and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Clean office, restrooms, or designated areas and ensure cleaning supplies are organized and well-stocked.
  • Ensure facility and grounds are free of debris; includes hallways, stairways, walkways, parking lot, main entrance, and lobby.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Observe and report damage of property.
  • NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be reliable and have good time management skills.
  • Must have high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision.
