Job description

Champion Institute is seeking a motivated and organized individual for a summer fellowship position in project management. This role will be pivotal in overseeing and coordinating our Champion Institute Project Trace program, Leader-Build initiatives, and various summer activities designed for our service population of boys and young men.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the Champion Institute Project Trace program. Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget. Leader-Build Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing Leader-Build initiatives, including workshops, training sessions, and community events tailored for boys and young men ages 12-24. Coordinate with speakers, participants, and volunteers to ensure smooth operations. Summer Activities Oversight: Plan and supervise various summer activities aimed at engaging and empowering boys and young men, including camps, retreats, outreach programs, and special events.
