How you create impact
As the Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Operational Care Center, ensuring exceptional service quality, regulatory compliance, and profitable growth. You will lead and develop operational teams while collaborating closely with customer care, warehouse, customs, carrier, and healthcare stakeholders to deliver innovative logistics solutions
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Operational Care team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery for healthcare customers.
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining service excellence.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage carrier and supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Promote the effective use of technology, systems, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Support quality management initiatives, including investigations and corrective actions.
  • Foster collaboration across customer care, warehouse, customs, gateway, and support teams.

What we would like you to bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Air Logistics and Freight Forwarding.
  • Previous leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Logistics preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight operations, freight forwarding, and import/export regulations.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements and GxP standards.
  • Experience managing carrier and supplier relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language.
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
