Requirements:
  • Provide unskilled personal care services and homemaking services to the company's patients.
  • Attends to any unskilled personal care services that the consumer requires using the Rules and Regulations document provided by the Company.
  • Accompany or drive patients to physician/clinics
  • Provide assistance or stand by assistance with bathing, skin care, hair care, toileting, dressing, shaving, nail care, mouth care, etc.
  • Perform housekeeping tasks as directed
  • Make bed, change and launder linens
  • Wash dishes, prepare meals and grocery shop
  • Clean stove, kitchen, bathroom, and only the consumers living area and bedroom
  • Vacuum, sweep, dust, take out trash, run errands as needed, mop floors (make sure floor is dry before leaving)
  • Advises staffing director of requests which cannot be met or of conditions which are unsafe
  • Is dependable to consumers and Company in both providing and documenting services on time sheets
  • Additional responsibilities may be added as appropriate

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
  • Requires personal transportation, valid state issued driver's license, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
  • Some experience working with elderly and frail but will train.
  • Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.
