Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with at least three years of experience in healthcare policy or management specific to healthcare technology, products (e.g., medical devices, medtech, lab tests), or digital health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pricing dynamics, reimbursement models, and commercialization strategies, with the ability to translate policy and pricing frameworks into actionable investment insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor policy relevant to healthcare technology, products, or digital health-translating developments to commercial impact.

Work with claims and reimbursement datasets, applying quantitative skills (e.g., Excel) to develop insights.

Map end market (e.g., provider, payor, pharma) structures and incentives to impact on vendor success.

Synthesize findings into clear, data-driven reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment banking, or at relevant healthcare technology / healthcare product companies.

Broad knowledge of healthcare end markets with strong policy and commercial acumen.

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus

Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $90,000-$120,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.

This position is based in our D.C. office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
