About the Opportunity

Client is expanding its engineering team to accelerate the production launch of EngagePro, a next-generation, AI-first Healthcare Provider (HCP) engagement platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll split your time between building new product functionality and creating a robust automated testing strategy to ensure production quality. The team is modernizing healthcare software using AI-assisted development practices and cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Build automated unit, API, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks from the ground up.
  • Partner closely with Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver production-ready software.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and software quality through automation.
  • Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, scalable code following engineering best practices.
