Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Python Senior Software Engineers to build and maintain intelligent automation solutions focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the healthcare industry. We are seeking eight engineers in total. This role requires strong Python skills, particularly in Selenium and OpenCV, and a deep understanding of healthcare billing workflows. Experience with AI/ML, OCR, and cloud platforms (especially Azure) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust automation scripts for RCM processes using Python, Selenium, and OpenCV.
  • Automate web-based tasks (e.g., web scraping, form submissions, browser interactions) using Selenium.
  • Utilize OpenCV for image recognition and data extraction in visual and document-based workflows.
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques (e.g., OCR, NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance automation and improve process outcomes.
  • Integrate automation solutions with billing software, EHR systems, and healthcare web portals.
  • Ensure all automation adheres to healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for all automation workflows.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Build resilient automation workflows that integrate with legacy systems and modern web platforms.
  • Work alongside SMEs and operations teams to translate manual workflows into digital automation.
  • Maintain secure credential handling, logging, and audit trails in line with HITRUST/HIPAA compliance.
  • Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Key Vault) to support scalable automation.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with Selenium for browser-based automation.
  • Experience applying AI/ML tools such as OCR, NLP, or predictive modeling to automation use cases.
  • Understanding healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., billing, coding, claims, denial management).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare security best practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • RCM Automation: Proven experience in automating complex workflows within the healthcare revenue cycle, including eligibility, claims processing, payments, and denials management.
  • Integration Skills: Experience integrating with third-party healthcare software (EHR/EMR systems, billing software, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex data and workflow scenarios.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Python scripting solutions and monitor and support those solutions long-term.
  • Use Python to build ETL data pipelines, clean data and enable large scale data processing.
  • Understand the importance of DevOps and CI/CD. Python is an important tool for DevOps, streamlining deployments and optimizing infrastructure for peak performance.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must be able to show I9 identification during visual interview.
  • Familiarity with EHR/billing systems and healthcare web portals.
  • Knowledge of APIs and SQL databases.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, App Services).
  • Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Experience developing APIs or integrating with third-party APIs.

  • Working knowledge of logging, alerting, or observability tools.
  • Proficient in revenue cycle management automation.
