In this position...
We are looking for a ServiceNow Software Developer to join a team responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the ITSM platform. This role will work closely with a lead developer, a UI designer, and a project manager to deliver new features, integrations, and process improvements.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do....
  • Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and notifications, including scripting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
  • Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and third party platforms or internal systems, including researching vendor requirements, troubleshooting connection issues, and documenting integration configurations and ownership
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, tasks, and stories assigned through the team's JIRA and ServiceNow backlog, balancing incoming requests with planned project work
  • Support platform upgrades, ATF (Automated Test Framework) maintenance, and regression testing to ensure platform stability through release cycles
  • Contribute to development standards and best practices for the team, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and consistency across deliverables
  • Participate in requirements gathering and design discussions with process owners, architecture, and platform teams to scope new work accurately
  • Support ad hoc requests, custom forms, and notification builds as business needs arise
  • Continuously build ServiceNow platform knowledge, including staying current on new capabilities such as AI and Predictive Intelligence features, and applying them where relevant

Qualifications
You'll have...
  • 3+ years of hands on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, Design Studio
  • Experience building and supporting ServiceNow integrations with third party platforms (e.g., security tools, contact center platforms, or similar enterprise systems)
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change) and how platform configuration supports them
  • Ability to independently scope, estimate, and deliver moderately complex technical work with minimal oversight

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
