Acadental is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Relations Coordinator to support dental schools, faculty, simulation labs, and institutional customers across North America.
Our team works closely with universities, licensing examinations, and educational programs that rely on Acadental products for dental simulation and clinical training. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building long-term customer relationships, and helping educational institutions operate smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Support dental schools, faculty, simulation labs, and institutional customers via phone and email
  • Assist with product questions, order coordination, quoting, and account support
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain organized customer records and follow-up communication
  • Learn Acadental simulation and educational product lines to provide knowledgeable support
  • Help ensure smooth communication with universities, licensing boards, and professional programs nationwide
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers through professionalism and responsiveness
