Leadership Impact

This role operates as the senior leader responsible for client satisfaction, workforce stability, operational performance, and contract execution. The Account Manager functions as the business leader of the account.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop security personnel
  • Own client relationships and service delivery
  • Manage staffing strategy and retention
  • Oversee incident management
  • Drive KPI performance
  • Control overtime and staffing efficiency
