Job description

Snapshot / Role Overview

We're seeking a Plumbing Project Manager in Orange County to lead major commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout, in full compliance with HCAI and Title 24.

Impact

  • Deliver large plumbing projects, including complex hospital builds under HCAI oversight.
  • Protect margins on projects reaching into the tens of millions.
  • Strengthen client relationships that generate repeat work.
  • Develop project engineers and field supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases from buyout through closeout and punch list.
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and schedules in Bluebeam.
  • Coordinate plumbing procurement and hold vendors to delivery commitments.
  • Enforce California Plumbing Code, Title 24, and HCAI requirements.
  • Maintain budgets, forecast cost-to-complete, and report variances.

Must-Haves

  • Project management of large commercial plumbing construction.
  • HCAI or OSHPD healthcare project experience.
  • Working knowledge of the California Plumbing Code and Title 24.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Medical gas project experience.
  • Field background as a plumbing foreman or superintendent.
