The Project Manager will serve as a key point of coordination for project implementation, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, technical assistance, progress monitoring, reporting, and communication activities that advance the project priorities. This position supports efforts to strengthen rural healthcare.Black Hills Special Services Cooperative (BHSSC) is a public entity that is an educational cooperative under the State of South Dakota. BHSSC is comprised of five divisions dedicated to aiding school districts, individuals, and the communities.
