SUMMARY
Project Coordinator will support operations and support the leaders within the service line. This position coordinates the strategic planning process and monitors progress toward achieving project goals. This role assists in monitoring service line budgets and expenses. The Project Coordinator coordinates logistical arrangements for related conferences, conventions or meetings for the service line. This position may assist in identifying funding resources and in developing funding strategies and initiatives. The Project Coordinator develops and generates various operational and statistical reports. This role represents and promotes the project at various speaking engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in health care project management experience or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to internal and external targets
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools
