Help Build the Future of Healthcare Operations

Omega Home Health Care Services is building a modern operational analytics and process optimization division focused on improving healthcare workflows, reporting systems, productivity analytics, and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support our growing Process Optimization & Analytics Division. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career analyst who wants to grow in operational analytics, healthcare systems, Power BI reporting, workflow optimization, automation, and data-driven operational strategy.
You will work directly with our Process Optimization Engineer and executive leadership to help support scalable operational systems across billing, administrative operations, workflow analytics, productivity reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

Operational Reporting & Analytics
• Support KPI dashboard maintenance and reporting initiatives
• Create and maintain Excel-based operational reports
• Assist with Power BI reporting and data visualization
• Support productivity and workflow analytics
• Help validate reporting accuracy and data consistency
Workflow & Process Improvement
• Assist with workflow documentation and operational tracking
• Help identify process inefficiencies and reporting inconsistencies
• Support operational improvement initiatives across administrative departments
• Assist with maintaining scalable reporting and workflow systems
Dataverse & Systems Support
• Support Dataverse adoption initiatives
• Assist with backend operational data management
• Support automation and reporting projects using Microsoft Power Platform tools
• Assist with workflow optimization and operational reporting enhancements
