About the Team

At Three Link Solutions, we are focused on delivering exceptional Workday outcomes across the entire lifecycle, from deployment through optimization and long term support. As a Workday Services Partner, we bring clarity, consistency, and measurable results to organizations across industries including government, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

You will join a team of experienced Workday professionals who collaborate closely with clients to deploy Workday using a standardized, leading practice approach. Our methodology emphasizes leveraging the delivered Workday solution and enabling clients to configure and optimize their environment post go live based on their evolving business needs. About the Role

As an HCM Consultant, you will serve as a functional subject matter expert across Workday Human Capital Management modules. This role supports client engagements by providing deep product knowledge and guidance aligned with Three Link's standardized deployment methodology.

You will leverage your knowledge of Workday HCM functionality and industry best practices to support client conversations as needed and provide subject matter expertise throughout engagements. Three Link's approach centers on deploying Workday as delivered, enabling clients to leverage leading practices and take ownership of configuration and design decisions following go live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional expertise across Workday HCM modules in support of client engagements

  • Support knowledge transfer and client enablement aligned with Three Link's delivery methodology

  • Maintain current knowledge of Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and leading practices

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Three Link's standardized deployment approach

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM in a consulting, implementation, or functional capacity

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit customers

  • Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM modules (ie.Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX)

  • Active Workday certification in HCM module

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a Workday Services Partner environment

  • Background in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consulting

  • Experience communicating complex system functionality to business stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
