Location: Baltimore, MD

Facility: Ascension St. Agnes Hospital

Department: Construction

Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week

Salary range: $75,295.00 - $104,957.60 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • This role is designed for a proactive learner with one to two years of construction, offering a clear path for growth as you master the complexities of large-scale construction project management.
  • Coordinate the planning, design, and construction of projects by tracking budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a national framework of policies, procedures, and tools to standardize construction management and facility compliance.

  • Monitor ongoing projects for risks and key metrics, while establishing consistent communication schedules to keep stakeholders informed of progress.

  • Manage secure project documentation and facilitate training for new hires on internal systems, including eBuilder and design standards.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Required Credential(s):

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

  •  High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience. OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

  • Healthcare and construction experience preferred.
