Job description

About Lyra Health

Lyra Health is a leading provider of evidence-based mental health care, serving more than 20 million people globally in partnership with employers and more than 100 million through health plan and partner relationships. The company has delivered more than 15 million sessions of mental health care, published more than 35 peer-reviewed studies, and delivered unmatched outcomes in terms of access, clinical effectiveness, and cost efficiency. Extensive peer-reviewed research confirms Lyra’s transformative care model helps people recover twice as fast and results in a 26% annual reduction in overall healthcare claims costs. Lyra is transforming access to life-changing mental health care through Lyra Empower, the only fully integrated, AI-powered platform combining the highest-quality care and technology solutions.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Corporate Strategy Manager will serve as the core quantitative and analytical engine of the Strategy function. This role owns financial and market modeling, competitor tracking, and project-based strategic initiatives across Lyra's business units.

Responsibilities

  • Quantitative Modeling & Unit Economics: Build financial models, P&L forecasts, and unit economics frameworks to guide portfolio investment decisions and evaluate growth opportunities.

  • Competitive Intelligence & Trends: Perform continuous syntheses of market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor maneuvers, turning raw data into actionable recommendations for product and market entry teams.

  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Manage day-to-day strategic workstreams supporting M&A target evaluation, 'build vs. buy vs. partner' decisions, and cross-vertical strategic priorities.

  • Annual Planning Support: Structure data collection and analytical inputs to power the annual strategic planning cadence.

  • Executive Presentation Build: Translate complex analytical findings into structured, visual PowerPoint narratives for executive presentation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare investment banking, or strategy & operations in a high-growth tech/healthtech setting.

  • Exceptional quantitative and financial modeling capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets) with experience structuring complex datasets.

  • Strong narrative development and visual deck-building skills.

  • Healthcare industry exposure (digital health, employer benefits, or health plans) is strongly preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; top-tier management consulting background preferred.
