Job description

Role type: Marketing writer responsible for executing clear, persuasive, and strategically aligned content across Consilium's marketing channels. Primary purpose: Strengthen Consilium's visibility, thought leadership, campaigns, and industry positioning. Important distinction: This is not an independent editorial or journalism role.

The writer owns content execution, but strategic direction, company positioning, final topic selection, and approval remain with marketing leadership and executive leadership. Overview: The Content Writer develops and revises marketing content that supports Consilium Staffing's business goals, voice, and market positioning, while also contributing to other company-supported brands and initiatives. This person will write across multiple formats, collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal leaders, and translate complex topics into clear, useful, and persuasive content.

Because assignments may serve brands with different audiences, purposes, and personalities, the writer must be able to shift tone and messaging without blending the brands together. The right candidate will combine strong writing ability with curiosity, coachability, sound judgment, and a willingness to work within established brand, review, and approval processes. Responsibilities Draft, revise, and proofread blogs, articles, webpages, campaign copy, social media content, reports, one-pagers, white papers, email copy, and other marketing materials.

Adapt messaging across multiple brands and initiatives, maintaining clear separation between their audiences, purposes, tones, terminology, and calls to action. Use creative briefs to produce content for a defined audience, purpose, message, and call to action. Interview and collaborate with internal leaders, production teams, recruiters, consultants, and other subject-matter experts regularly.

Research healthcare staffing, workforce, and locum tenens topics while ensuring content reflects Consilium's perspective and business objectives. Apply feedback accurately and efficiently through multiple review rounds when needed. Maintain organization across assignments, deadlines, source materials, drafts, and approvals.

Contribute ideas and thoughtful questions while remaining aligned with established messaging direction. Learn and consistently apply the distinct voice, positioning, terminology, audience, and content standards of each assigned brand or initiative. Support SEO priorities without allowing keyword strategy to override clarity, accuracy, or brand alignment.

Communicate and collaborate with social media influencers Assist with maintaining a social media calendar Qualifications Strong portfolio of marketing, brand, B2B, healthcare, staffing, professional services, or similarly strategic writing. Demonstrated ability to adapt tone, format, message, and brand voice for different audiences, channels, and business purposes. Ability to accept direction, incorporate edits, and revise work Strong interviewing, listening, research, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

Ability to explain complex subjects in clear, audience-friendly language. Comfort working collaboratively in a deadline-driven marketing environment. Sound judgment regarding claims, tone, sourcing, company positioning, and the boundaries between distinct brand identities.
