Job description

This well-established, high-performance audiology practice in the NYC metro area is seeking a NYS-licensed dispensing Audiologist with active Medicare & Medicaid numbers. This multi-site practice operates inside medical centers and has a long-standing reputation for patient care, efficiency, and industry-leading hearing aid outcomes.
About the Role:
The practice focuses on hearing evaluations, counseling, and hearing aid fittings. Audiologists rotate between 3-4 offices, seeing a mix of new and follow-up patients.
This is an opportunity for a motivated, entrepreneurial audiologist who enjoys both the clinical and consultative aspects of hearing healthcare and can ethically help patients improve their hearing while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct hearing assessments and full audiometric evaluations
  • Counsel patients on hearing loss, hearing aids, and aural rehabilitation
  • Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids
  • Perform cerumen management and ear impressions
  • Manage follow-up care and service commitments
  • Rotate between multiple office locations

What We're Looking For
  • NYS Audiology license
  • NYS dispensing license
  • Active Medicare & Medicaid numbers
  • Comfort working in a multi-site, high-production environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting with hearing aid dispensing preferred
