Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in health care and life science (HCLS) law. A substantive background and significant experience in handling legal issues pertaining to the HCLS industry, including compliance and regulatory advice, fraud and abuse, transactional, reimbursement, clinical research, and/or internal investigations, is preferred. The candidate must be used to and comfortable with working in a team atmosphere and must have excellent academic credentials.
