Job description

Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour DOE
Location: 266 S Hobble Creek Canyon Rd, Springville UT, 84663 I On-site

Schedule: 7:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (Full-time)

If so, Embark at Springville invites you to join our mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Supervisor, a vital role in our trauma-informed, residential treatment program for adolescent girls.

Nestled in the serene beauty of Hobble Creek Canyon, Embark at Springville is more than a treatment center—we’re a healing community. We specialize in helping girls ages 12–17 navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Our approach is family-centered, evidence-based, and deeply relational.


  • Lead and train 3-5 residential staff by providing guidance answering questions, modeling interventions, and managing escalated situations.
  • Provide supervision and emotional support to adolescent girls (ages 12–17) in a high-acuity residential setting.
  • Lead interventions during behavioral escalations, aggression, and critical safety incidents.
  • Guide new hires through a structured, checklist-based on-shift orientation.
  • Assign responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth, efficient shift operations.
  • Conduct weekly 1on1 meeting's with direct supports.
  • Be on-call for critical incidents and lead response efforts when needed.
  • Uphold treatment plans and collaborate with therapists, nurses, and day staff.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, relaying relevent information during treatment team meeting's as necessary.

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years working in a Residential Treatment Center or Inpatient Setting.
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Experience working with adolescent teenagers.
  • Skilled in de-escalation and managing high-acuity, emotionally charged situations.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and support staff.

  • Comfortable making quick decisions and leading during safety-related incidents.

  • Maintains firm boundaries and models emotionally regulated behavior.

Required:

  • Meets Core Requirements: Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.
