In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Clinical Informaticist will help improve patient safety by developing clinical protocols, physician documentation templates and decision support rules in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other clinicians.
Your Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare informatics preferred
• Graduate from accredited school of nursing or other allied health professional degree preferred but not required for candidates with formal informatics training and/or compelling professional experience
• Equivalent work experience in an acute care environment can replace the educational requirement
• One or more years of experience implementing and supporting electronic record applications is preferred
