The President will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, and driving growth and profitability. The President will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and execute the company's strategic vision, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the company's strategic vision and long-term growth plans in alignment with the Board of Directors.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations across the fitness, massage, and waxing sectors, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies to drive growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer experiences across all service offerings, maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.
