A day in the life.

As our Client Service Senior Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for a personal lines account management team to deliver high-quality client service, support business growth, and achieve retention objectives. This role oversees team performance, staffing, and workload distribution while fostering talent development through training and mentoring. The position also serves as a key relationship manager for clients, prospects, producers, and internal stakeholders, addressing complex client needs and supporting sales and retention strategies in alignment with compliance and professional standards.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Lead, train, mentor, and oversee performance for an account management team.
  • Coordinate team workload and staffing to ensure appropriate coverage and effective support for client needs.
  • Partner with account management colleagues to support client retention efforts and generate new personal lines business.
  • Contribute to the execution of growth and retention strategies and support achievement of sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, producers, and internal client service teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to complex questions and resolving escalated service issues.
  • Deliver best-in-class client service to enhance the overall client experience and strengthen client loyalty.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of changing market conditions, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, professional, and transparency standards in all client and business interactions.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • At least three years of management experience recommended
