Location: 1426 North 5th Street Sheboygan, WI

Elevate is seeking a Mental Health Technician to join our team in Sheboygan. This is a great opportunity to work directly with individuals in the community who are managing mental health and/or substance use challenges while maintaining independence.
What You'll Do:
As a Mental Health Technician, you will provide community-based support and skill development to individuals in their homes and throughout the community. This position plays an important role in helping participants build independence and stability.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing 1:1 supportive services in participants' homes and community settings
  • Assisting individuals with skill development and daily living supports
  • Supporting medication monitoring and wellness routines
  • Encouraging progress toward recovery and independence goals
  • Documenting services and communicating with the care team
Schedule & Pay
  • Part-time 2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 20-40 hours per week (flexibility a plus)
  • Starting pay: $17-$18 per hour
  • Program operates 365 days per year
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to be covered under Elevate's insurance to drive company vehicles
  • Ability to perform job-related physical tasks including:
    • Alternating between sitting and standing
    • Walking, climbing stairs, and stooping
    • Lifting up to 10 lbs
    • Reaching overhead and below
  • Experience in adult care, mental health, or substance use services preferred
  • A caring, person-centered approach
Training:
  • Training and CCS certification are provided upon hire
