Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities tailored to promote personal growth and emotional healing.
  • Set and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals, mirroring the clients' progression and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure wider access for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges, maximizing client engagement and support.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards, ensuring client confidentiality and care continuity.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients seeking healing from various mental health concerns, such as trauma, anxiety, and clinical depression. Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to connect with and support individuals from various backgrounds.
  • A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients experiencing emotional challenges.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills, able to maintain client appointments and documentation consistently.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on your caseload and experience level.
