Overview

Bring digital projects to life! You'll be part of the project management team, working side by side as partners in crime, to lead the execution and deliverables of ongoing development efforts & new project pipeline across all of Publicis' clients.

You'll guide the Project Management team throughout the execution of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. In this role, you'll partner with different clients and our internal team to create and maintain schedules, communicate progress and status of multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identify challenges, recommend and action solutions. Our clients' digital landscape is constantly evolving which means you will be proactive, identifying potential opportunities and become a key pillar to support Publicis' new business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Be solutions oriented and an excellent communicator
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Sr. Project Managers & Program Managers
  • Responsible for performance reviews as well as outlining and tracking against employee KPIs
  • Responsible for the delivery and health of all Digital Projects as part of your portfolio at Publicis
  • Responsible for part-taking in new business proposals alongside leads from Account Services, Technology, UX/Creative and other teams
  • Create, manage and present Statements of Work as well as translating SoWs into a project plan
  • Responsible for managing either a large, mutli-stakeholder, integrated delivery account in partnership with account or business lead
  • Collaborates with account and agency leadership on successful growth of existing client business, new business and transitions/onboarding
  • Support and manage overall project timelines and status reports to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget
  • Be involved in all project kick off meetings to help determine team strategy, milestones, scope, timeline and deliverables
  • Help drive improvement of internal and account process while ensuring that outlined processes are followed across all relevant business units
  • Develop working relationships with the account management & the clients on a regular basis, ensuring clients' understanding of each project and their satisfaction with the development processes
  • Proactively manage shared resources to ensure project c This includes internal teams and freelancers as well as external vendors
  • Ensure the success of each project from initial approach to post-mortem, applying project lifecycle methodologies that best suit the work at hand
  • Engage agency departments from client service, strategy, user experience, creative design, development, quality assurance, and others to most effectively contribute to the project deliverables
  • Track and control project progress (activities, milestones, deliverables) and estimation/re-estimation/OOS estimate work as necessary
  • Proactively report and manage revenue forecast on a monthly basis in support of Account Leadership
  • Proactive management and monitoring of all assigned projects, communicating any expected changes or risk to timeline, deliverables or scope in a timely manner.
  • Supervise testing process alongside the support of QA as development work is ready to progress
  • Communicate project status directly to project stakeholder group help the Account , Creative and Technology teams manage relationships with client's internal departments
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a digital agency or web product company managing end to end web/digital projects (Discovery, Definition, Build and Maintenance)
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of project managers
  • 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from the clients/business anddocumentation; expertise managing estimates and budgets for digital projectsProven experience with QA processes and testing cycles such as SIT, UAT, VA,Accessibility Compliance testing, Performance Testing among others
  • Experience working directly with client stakeholders outlining project plans andmanaging deliverables
  • Proven experience managing complex financial services programs with multiple LOB's; US/Global FI experience preferred Experience with common project management tools (Smartsheets, Jira, Confluence,Workfront) and corporate/cloud systems (Box, Google Apps)
  • Experience managing Technical Requirements in collaboration with internal and externaltechnical stakeholders

Salary

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is 120,000$ to 125,000$ per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
