Job Summary:
Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Coordinator position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract.
Must be US Citizen

Location: Alexandria, VA (On-Site/Telework)
Position: *Contingent Upon Contract Award*
Responsibilities: 
  • Provides administrative support for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
  • Coordinates event venues, lodging arrangements, and catering services
  • Supports event scheduling, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Develops event promotional materials, program, agenda, website, invitations, and other event materials  
  • Coordinates with hotel/travel vendors, attendees, and speakers
  • Provides financial management and reporting for events
  • Develops and maintains a database to track event invitees and acceptances and to generate participant lists
  • Provides on-site logistics for conducting events
  • Tracks event participation and provide post-event support
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum/General Experience: 2 years of experience
  • Administrative Experience with Meeting / Panel / Event Execution and Support
