Position Summary
The OD&T Performance Consultant supports the growth and success of KidsPeace associates by providing training, coaching, and ongoing professional development across all programs and departments. In partnership with program and department leadership, the Performance Consultant helps both new and experienced staff apply skills from orientation, recertification, and leadership courses to their daily practice.
Performance Consultants also contribute to organizational initiatives as active members of Oasis Services and Oasis Response. Depending on education and experience, they may also serve on the TeenCentral team as a counselor and/or administrator.
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
1. High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
3. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
4. Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
5. Experience working with emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
6. Supervisory experience and prior KidsPeace committee/task force involvement preferred.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
8. Strong skills in public speaking, training delivery, and curriculum development (presentation will be required during interview).
Candidates must have at minimum 2 years of experience working at KidsPeace to be considered for the position. Position will travel between the Orefield and Schnecksville campuses.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
