Exciting Urology Opportunity in Fargo, ND

Essentia Health - Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a stable, clinician-led organization that values excellence and collaboration.

  • Competitive Compensation: Starting base pay of $650,000 with an opportunity to earn beyond. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.

  • Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4.
  • Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff.
  • Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

  • Level II Trauma Center: Providing comprehensive care with advanced technology.
  • Cutting-Edge Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
