We are in search of an Behaviouarl Healthcare Associate Attorney/Attorney with expertise and confidence in Litigation! Join our growing law firm in Boca Raton, FL., where we specialize in Behavioral Health - particularly the Marchman Act and Guardianship.
Compensation: base pay + additional annual incentives.
We require the first 30 days to be in-office for proper onboarding; after that, we do allow for remote/hybrid work.
Desired Skills and Experience:
โ€ข Preferred Guardianship, Marchman Act, and/or Behavioral Health Law experience.
โ€ข Qualifications Required: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
โ€ข Admission to the state bar in Florida.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in Litigation.
โ€ข Proven courtroom experience.
โ€ข Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
โ€ข Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities Legal Representation:
โ€ข Provide expert legal representation to clients in matters related to the Marchman Act & Guardianship.
