We offer competitive pay and a strong compensation structure, including a base salary plus monthly commissions and bonuses.

Starting salary is $35,000, with uncapped earning potential. Our current sales producers earn between $60,000 and $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance proposals that address individual needs and financial goals.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
  • Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and benefits with clarity and patience.

Requirements
