Job description

RemX Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare services organization to hire Licensed Medicare Sales Agents for a fully remote, direct hire opportunity. If you're passionate about helping people understand their healthcare options and enjoy building meaningful customer relationships, this could be the perfect fit.

This position combines customer service and sales in a supportive environment where you'll work with Medicare beneficiaries who are actively seeking information about their coverage options. Best of all, there are no cold calls and company equipment is provided.

Compensation


AEP Season Pay (July 1, 2026 - December 15, 2026)

English Agents

  • $20.50 - $21.00/hour
  • ($18.00 base pay + $3.00/hour seasonal stipend)
  • Sales bonus opportunities available

Bilingual English/Spanish Agents

  • $24.00/hour
  • ($19.00 base pay + $5.00/hour seasonal stipend)
  • Sales bonus opportunities available


Off-Season Pay (December 16, 2026 - July 14, 2027)

English Agents

  • $18.00/hour plus sales bonuses

Bilingual English/Spanish Agents

  • $19.00/hour plus sales bonuses


Top-performing agents can earn up to $28/hour with performance incentives.

Seasonal stipends are paid from July 1 through December 15 during the 2026/AEP 2027 enrollment season.


Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts between:

6:00 AM and 2:00 AM (Monday through Sunday)

Schedules are assigned based on business needs.


Training Schedule

  • Remote paid training
  • 2 to 4 weeks
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST/EST


What You'll Do

As a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you'll help consumers understand Medicare coverage options while delivering an outstanding customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with Medicare plan questions and enrollment options
  • Handle primarily inbound calls from prospective and renewing members
  • Educate customers on healthcare products, benefits, and coverage options
  • Recommend solutions that align with customer healthcare and financial needs
  • Conduct follow-up outreach when additional assistance is needed
  • Build rapport through active listening, empathy, and professionalism
  • Identify appropriate cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and all applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service

Required Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License in good standing
  • Must reside in the state where you are licensed
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or greater)


Bilingual Candidates

Spanish bilingual candidates must be fully fluent and comfortable discussing health insurance and Medicare terminology in both English and Spanish. Conversational Spanish alone is not sufficient.
