GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARYThe Health Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients by assisting with health insurance inquiries, policy servicing, and claims resolution. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
