Summit Health Advisors is seeking motivated and energetic TeleSales Representatives to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with prospects over the phone, handling warm INBOUND leads, entering CRMS, follow ups. HELPING PEOPLE ! FEEL GOOD SALES!

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound calls from warm leads using our dialer system
  • Engage with prospects and qualify interest in health insurance
  • Create trust and relationships with life time customers
  • Meet daily and weekly sales and quality goals
  • Accurately document call outcomes in CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Ability to remain upbeat, professional, and persistent
  • Coachable and eager to improve
  • Prior call center or sales experience preferred but not required
